Glen Osmond Road Precinct Association
The Glen Osmond Road Precinct Association is a not-for-profit organisation, run by a committee of local volunteers, formed through the needs of local traders to unify to address issues effecting economic growth and development within this precinct. Two Local Government Councils assist the association and are represented along the road, the City of Unley and the City of Burnside.

Glen Osmond Road's central retail area is characterised by strip shops established between the 1880s and 1920s. The architectural heritage of the road is immense. Between the Association, both Councils and our traders, we strive to preserve and promote the historical values of our area.
All businesses along Glen Osmond Road are invited to become members of the Association.
As members, you are encouraged to attend regular monthly meetings to participate in initiatives to further develop the area. You will receive regular newsletters, networking event invitations, directory listings and can actively participate in the formation of marketing strategies and community projects. Direct contact with both Unley and Burnside Council representatives is a major advantage. Members will also receive special trader discounts. We welcome your enquiry and look forward to your business voicing your views through our association.
The Area we Look After
The Association places a major focus on ensuring the visual amenity of the area is pleasant for visitors. Whether they are customers visiting our precinct, the staff who work here or our local residents.
We aim to ensure car parking is bountiful throughout, whether in side streets or in our customers own off street carparks. Convenience and ease of safe access is our focus to please customers.
Our Association and local traders greatly appreciate the support of so many of our customers who live along the South Eastern Freeway such as those from Crafers, Aldgate, Piccadilly, Stirling, Bridgewater, Hahndorf, Balhannah, Oakbank, Littlehampton, Mt Barker, Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge (to name just a few). Thanks to you all.
In return, our Association strives to support these townships and communities through the visitors to our City, particularly those choosing to stay in the wide ranging motels along Glen Osmond Road.
